Mirasya Return Policy
We’re truly sorry you didn’t love your Mirasya purchase. We will accept returns within fourteen (14) days upon order receival for an exchange or full refund via store credit provided:
- Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached
- Item is not in the non-returnable category (ie: items on sale or any promotion, Minor Defect Items and any free gift items)
- If you have received defective or wrong items, let us know at [email protected] for us to sort it out soonest for you
Note that all returns will be subject to Mirasya Return Policy.

Yes, absolutely! When you return your item to us, state in the return form the new size/colour you want that is available in our Official Website and we’ll process it for you.
We are sorry if you happen to receive any defective items due to our operational error. As your satisfaction is always our top priority, we are happy to exchange you with a new item along with a full refund for the delivery charges. Kindly send us a photo of your proof of delivery purchase to [email protected] and we will reimburse the amount to you via store credit.
