What payment methods do you accept?

I couldn’t proceed with payment and my order status is Pending. How do I proceed?

We are sorry you’re in a pickle! Sometimes this may happen when the payment process fails or is taking too long to respond. If you are experiencing this, do not worry as your order has yet to be confirmed. You can continue by disregarding the previous order and  placing a new one with us. Once your order is successful, you will get a confirmation status along with an Order ID via email.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Time is of the essence. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, you will not be able to put a cancellation request for your order. However, we understand that in some instances you might need to change the details of your order (ie: delivery address, contact number etc.) Kindly contact our customer service team along with these details at [email protected] within 12 hours from your order time to allow us to assist you further.

Otherwise, if your order has been processed and shipped out, you can always request for a return or exchange once you received the item(s).

Why was my order cancelled?

Oh no! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to various reasons, your order(s) may be cancelled at times. This could be because of failure of payment, out-of-stock situations, delivery area is out of range etc. If your order(s) is cancelled, a full refund will be refunded to your original payment method or it will be credited into your store credit within 2 working days.

 

I received my order, but one of them is missing. What should I do?

Receiving an incomplete order is never fun. If you ever find yourself to be in this situation:

 

First : Check your package carefully to make sure there is no item(s) left in the flyers.

 

Second : Check if your package is already opened / torn upon receival. If yes, please help us snap a picture as proof for our delivery partner and send us an email at [email protected] stating these details:

Do I need to register to shop?

No, you can always opt for a guest checkout for a fast and easy purchasing process. However, we strongly encourage you to Register or checkout via Social Login so that you can rip all membership benefits with us such as Points Collection, Birthday Reward, Voucher Redemption and many more! 

 

By registering, will I automatically receive updates on new arrivals and any ongoing sales and promotions?

How long does delivery take?

1. Next Day Delivery: J&T Express

Orders to be delivered via express delivery, where you can expect to receive your shopped items tomorrow! If you urgently need your parcel in 1 – 2 working days.

2. Standard Delivery

Shop leisurely and enjoy standard delivery, with a lower shipping rate. Take up to 3 – 5 working days, you will receive your shopped items safely. Not to worry, as you will receive an update on the delivery status once your order has been processed.

 

What are my shipping options?

For local & international delivery options, we use Standard Delivery service by various partners with wide coverage across Malaysia and the world.

 

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email notifying your shipping details along with your order tracking number and delivery partner. When you receive that email, that means that your order is on its way to you!

 

How do I track my orders?

Your order is traceable once our delivery partner has picked up your order. You can track its whereabouts by clicking the link provided in your email and entering the tracking number listed in the same email.

 

Why is my tracking number not traceable?

Sometimes it may take a while for our delivery partner to scan your order after pickup. It may take up to 24 hours before you will be able to track your order in their system. If you are still unable to find your order after the time frame, kindly email us at cus[email protected] to allow us to assist you further.

Return Policy

We’re truly sorry you didn’t love your Mirasya purchase. We will accept returns within fourteen (14) days upon order receival for an exchange or full refund via store credit provided: 

  • Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached
  • Item is not in the non-returnable category (ie: items on sale or any promotion, AS-IS items and any free gift items) 
  • If you have received defective or wrong items, let us know at [email protected] for us to sort it out soonest for you

Can I exchange my item for a new size/colour?

Yes, absolutely! When you return your item to us, state in the return form the new size/colour you want that is available in our Official Website and we’ll process it for you.
